It had a perfect and great setting right by beaches, Modbury, which is more or less in the centre of south Devon, and the centre of south Devon. The host showed us the property.

We truly enjoyed the trip here. It was excellent in a central area.

we stayed for 2 night and loved our stay. it had a private bathroom. it was in an incredible location, max 5 minutes walk to a treasures gallery.

There was no garden, lolsob.

The fridge, oven, and microwave were a great addition to my stay. I loved exploring the surroundings on my bike and feeling like a pro cyclist. I even managed to avoid crashing into any pedestrians!

Oh, the noise! The sweet melody of traffic from the nearby main road serenaded me day and night.

The location of the apartments is ideal, right in the center of town, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area. the apartments are clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and even two separate toilets in some units. the apartments offer great facilities such as a TV with Sky TV and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering.

Some guests have mentioned that there can be noise from the main road, which may be slightly disruptive.

The breakfast was delicious and the bedroom was separate from the living area.

The value for money at Brownston was exceptional - clean, well-presented rooms with all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and an excellent shower. The central location was ideal for exploring Devon and the beach, with shops, pubs, and takeaways nearby. The hosts, Lucy and Rob, were attentive and provided helpful recommendations.

Food for breakfast could have been improved - perhaps offering a wider variety of options would have been nice.
